Welcome! My name is Lisa and I am the owner, creator, & designer behind My Colorful Treasures!
I am also the proud wife to my wonderful husband & the proud Mom of my sweet, loving, smart,
wonderful kids!! I have been creating jewelry for my kids, friends, family, & myself for many
years now! Our store's name has so much sentimental meaning for us because we named our
store after "our little treasures" that started it all! I take a lot of pride in what I create!!
Designing & creating jewelry is a great passion of mine! We offer free shipping as a
special thank you for helping to give me the gift of being a stay at home Mom! I
truly appreciate all of you!! I am very confident that you will love our jewelry!

All jewelry pieces are custom handcrafted by us and guaranteed to be
100% real and natural, unless stated otherwise!
The quality materials that we use in our handcrafted jewelry creates
mesmerizing upscale jewelry that will last a lifetime!!!
Our custom jewelry creation time is 1 - 2 business days!
In accordance with state law requirements, sales tax of 8% will
be added to all orders with Illinois addresses.
We never charge a customization fee and we never make you wait!

We accept payment using PayPal! PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master
Card, Amex, Discover & payments from your bank account), along with money that's
already in your PayPal account. We are PayPal verified and we do not have access to
any of your credit or debit card information. PayPal automatically encrypts your
confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) to ensure
that your information remains secure. PayPal heavily guards your information
both physically & electronically. PayPal securely & confidentially handles
millions of on-line accounts and they are used by many countries around
the world. PayPal also offers 100% protection for buyers against

We also accept US money orders and US cashiers checks, but please be aware that we will
not create or ship any products until we have received your payment. If you would like
to make a purchase outside of PayPal, please contact us with your request.

Packing & Shipping...
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items (except the hair clippies) within the
U.S.A. only!!! All shipments within the U.S. will be shipped through
U.S.P.S. First Class with delivery confirmation.
For shipping outside the U.S.A., please contact us for a shipping quote!!! All shipments
outside the U.S.A. will be shipped through whatever methods available through the
U.S.P.S. and will not include delivery confirmation.
All of our items are shipped in a beautiful white gift giving box! We take great care to
ensure your order is packed well to withstand the harshness of shipment. Orders are
normally shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receiving payment. When your
order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail stating a shipment date and
a delivery confirmation # (where applicable).
We have no control over the U.S.P.S., so please understand that we are not
responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged products that may
occur during the shipment of your order!

Quality Craftsmanship Guarantee...
Our jewelry is made with high quality products, professional craftsmanship, and pride!! We
work very hard to ensure that the piece you order is constructed flawlessly. We put all of
our products through quality control testing to ensure that you are getting quality
craftsmanship because we want you to be very happy with your purchase! Please
understand that the nature of handcrafted fine jewelry is more delicate than
machine-constructed jewelry; however, it will actually last longer, with
proper care. While our jewelry is made to be durable and last a lifetime,
it is not indestructible so please handle with care.
When creating your jewelry masterpiece, we may be off about an 1/8 to 1/4 inch
because of bead sizes, amount of letters used, & making your jewelry creation
aesthetically even; however, we will do our best to create your jewelry item
in the exact size that you ordered! Please be assured, if we are off a little
bit on the sizing, we will create your jewelry item a little bigger rather
than smaller! We always measure all of our bracelets and necklaces
from end to end for the best assurance in sizing! Please keep in
mind that all measurements are approximate only!

Returns, Repairs & Our Commitment To You...
We accept returns; however, because all of our products are custom created just for you,
we charge a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns! This covers our cost for non-reusable
material and your masterpiece. If you plan to return an item back to us, you must
contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We are not responsible for the
cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. All returned items should be returned
back to us in the same brand new condition as they were received. When we
receive your return, we will then issue you a refund of your original
purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee.
We stand behind all of our products! If your item needs repair, please collect as many
pieces as you can and return it to us. We will repair your piece for free, but you will
be responsible for paying for shipping and a small fee for any missing beads needed
to repair your item. Please contact us if you plan to send an item back for repair.
Any and all items being returned to us should be returned to us in it's original box
so that your item is protected from the harshness of shipment. If the item was a
gift, please provide the purchaser's name and date of order (if possible). Please
mail your package insured and with delivery confirmation because we can
not be responsible for items that are sent to us and not received.

Custom Orders...
We welcome all custom orders! All multiple strand bracelets and all necklaces over 20
inches are considered custom orders. If you have a favorite piece of jewelry that needs
to be re-strung or if you are looking for something specific that you can't seem to
find, please contact us with your detailed request, and we will be happy to
provide you with a price quote to repair your favorite piece or to
design something exquisite... just for you!!!

Your personal and financial privacy is very important to us at My Colorful Treasures!
We will never, under any circumstances, sell or share any of your information! Any
information you provide us is considered strictly confidential! You will not ever
receive unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of
shopping with us! If you subscribe to our newsletter, your name & email
address will be stored in our database and is purely kept to send you
updates on new items, contests, discounts, and sales! You are free

Jewelry Care...
Jewelry can be damaged by common household cleaning supplies, so please remove jewelry before
cleaning. Please also remember not to wear your crystal or natural gemstone jewelry when you
are swimming, sleeping, or bathing as the stress and chemicals are hard on all jewelry parts.
Always try the most gentle cleaning technique first. Jewelry cleaners can damage pearls, gemstones
and crystals, so please avoid use. Wiping with a damp cloth may clean most dirt off of jewelry.
Other jewelry can be cleaned with warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth, paying
particular attention to water that has gotten into the holes of the beads. Regular
cleaning is not necessary unless the item looks dirty.
