My Colorful Treasures Drop Shipping Terms...

1.) You agree NOT to sell below our set retail prices.

2.) You agree NOT to reproduce or copy any of our designs.

3.) As a way to protect our designs and trademark, you agree to give us design credit on
your website i.e. stating "My Colorful Treasures" at the very bottom of the product
description so that our company's name is hidden as much as possible.

4.) You agree to pay full website retail price for each of our products & receive free shipping!
We sell at wholesale pricing so that you can mark our products up and make a good profit!

5.) You are welcome to carry all or just a few of our jewelry products on your website
and you will also have all options available to you as you see them on our website!

6.) You agree to use our jewelry and accessory descriptions as we know our products the best.

7.) We do not charge a drop shipping fee or require any order minimums! We do not supply
samples of our products. If you wish to sample our products before you agree to our
drop shipping terms, please feel free to purchase a product to see it up close.

8.) Payment for orders must be received (through PayPal) before orders are fulfilled.
Once you receive an order for one of our products, you will go to our website, place your
order there, and provide the customer's address in the comments area at checkout! Once
payment is received, the item(s) will be created, packed, and shipped to the customer
in your name and you will be emailed the delivery confirmation number!

9.) You agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL ~ except in the event that an item is defective.
If defective, we would offer an exchange of that item. An exchange of a defective item must
be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, returned to us in the original box, and shipped
back to us "insured" as we can not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.

10.) You agree that we reserve the right to change item availability, pricing, and/or cancel a
drop shipping agreement at any time if warranted. In the event that any item's availability,
pricing, or item's picture changes, we will notify you of these changes. You will have 5
days to complete the changes on your website for the noted discontinued items.

11.) You agree to let us know if you wish to add or delete items from your website
that we drop ship for you via email so that we are kept informed.

12.) You agree to only copy images and descriptions for drop ship purposes from
http://www.mycolorfultreasures.com. Any other copying is forbidden and
protected under My Colorful Treasures' copyright.

Product Creation, Shipment, & Our Commitment To You...

Our average creation time is 1 to 2 business days and shipment on all orders will occur
between 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment. To ensure our products get to you
safely and protected, we ship all of our products in a beautiful white gift giving box!!
